Diploma and certificate	14 August – 31 October or 1 December 2011*
Degree	14 August – 1 December 2011
Honours and postgraduate	14 August – 10 November 2011 Applications will continue to be accepted after the closing date for programs that still have places available.
Higher degree by research	31 October 2011 (for consideration for a scholarship) Please refer to the application form to confirm admission-only closing dates.

Semester 2 2012 (midyear)

Not all RMIT programs will accept applications for midyear entry. A list of programs accepting midyear applications is published in May each year.

Certificate, diploma and advanced diploma (TAFE)	1 May – 31 May 2012
Undergraduate and postgraduate coursework	1 May – 31 May 2012 Applications will continue to be accepted after the closing date for programs that still have places available.
Higher degree by research	31 October 2011 (for consideration for a scholarship) Please refer to the application form to confirm admission-only closing dates.
