Withdrawal of awards

An award (testamur) is the official University certificate which confirms completion of an award course of study. If an award granted to a student needs to be withdrawn school staff must follow the Withdrawal of awards procedure which outlines the procedure for withdrawing an award.

A sample letter called Retrieval of Award has been produced to assist school staff with this process. If you wish to obtain a copy of this letter in Word format please email to graduation@rmit.edu.au to request it.
