Hong Kong Arts Centre

Commencing in 1998, RMIT and the Hong Kong Arts Centre have together created a longstanding partnership focussed on delivering real impact in both local and regional arts sectors.

With over 1,000 alumni to date, we are exceedingly proud of the ongoing and important contributions these artists are making within their communities.

In partnership with the Hong Kong Arts School (HKAS), RMIT offers a unique setting for students to draw on a vast spectrum of artistic practices.

HKAS, founded in 2000, is a division of the Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC) and is closely associated with HKAC's environment of cultural venues, client art groups and creative enterprises.

Through this partnership, we offer fine art programs with academic levels ranging from Bachelor degree to Master degrees.

By choosing to study with HKAS and RMIT, students benefit from an international perspective from an accredited institute, staffed by a group of dedicated artists, who are active and distinguished practitioners in the field.

The quality of programs offered have an exceedingly high reputation in the art world – including prominent alumni exhibiting at the Venice Biennale and Art Basel.

Programs offered are:
